CANCELLATION POLICY
BIS must be notified of all cancellation requests 5 days prior to the workshop or course start date in writing.  No refunds will be given for participants who cancel after the workshop start date.  Participants who cancel after the workshop start date or do not attend the workshop will be responsible for full payment of the registration fees.  This includes any approved grant amount not covered.  We reserve the right to cancel workshops if enrollment criteria are not met.
